We're building your next coworker.
ZenSearch is built by Zenous AI. We started with enterprise search — then realized teams didn't just need to find things faster. They needed the work done. So we built an AI coworker: it answers with citations, takes governed action, and runs on your infrastructure.
The Problem
Finding it was only half the job.
Enterprise knowledge is scattered across dozens of tools — Confluence pages, Slack threads, GitHub repos, Jira tickets, CRM records, and databases. Finding the right answer means searching each one, asking around, or giving up.
And once you've found it, the actual work — the ticket reply, the status brief, the data pull — still lands on a person. The AI tools that promised to help either can't take action, or take it with nobody watching.
Our Approach
A coworker that finds and does.
ZenSearch connects to your data where it lives and gives every team a coworker that can both find and do — grounded in permission-aware retrieval, gated by risk-tiered approvals, and logged end to end.
It runs on your infrastructure, with your models, in air-gapped environments if you need it. The autonomy is real; so is the supervision. That balance is the whole point.
What We Believe
Principles that shape the product.
Accuracy first
Every answer carries citations and a confidence score. We build guardrails against hallucination — not just speed to a reply.
Human in the loop
Autonomy you supervise. Consequential actions are risk-tiered and wait for a human; every action is attributed and logged. Never a black box.
Your data stays yours
On-premise, private cloud, or fully air-gapped — down to the model it thinks with. Your data is never used to train anyone's models.
Open by design
Bring your own models, connectors, and tools. Custom webhooks and MCP servers extend the coworker. No lock-in, ever.
What We Build
One coworker, the whole platform behind it.
Agentic answers
Hybrid dense + sparse retrieval, cross-encoder reranking, verified citations, and a confidence score on every claim.
100+ tools, governed actions
Reads run freely; writes carry risk tiers and wait for approval. Multi-agent delegation, three-layer memory, and canvas artifacts.
Automations & triggers
4 ways to start a run — cron schedules, inbound email, event webhooks, and meeting events — delivered via webhook, Slack, or email.
18 data sources
Confluence, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Notion, Google Drive, SharePoint, S3, Azure Blob, Web Crawler, Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, ServiceNow — plus NL-to-SQL over four databases.
4 surfaces
Slack, Microsoft Teams, a Chrome side panel, and the web — the same coworker, with cross-surface continuity.
On-prem & governance
Self-hosted with air-gap support. Risk tiers T0–T5, cross-surface approvals, identity federation, and the Control Tower admin dashboard.
