Google Workspace Conversion
Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides are automatically converted and parsed. Formatting, tables, and slide content are preserved for accurate search results.
All File Types
PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, images, and plain text files stored in Drive are extracted and indexed alongside native Google formats.
Shared Drives
Shared Drives (formerly Team Drives) are fully supported. Index content across personal drives, shared drives, and drives shared with you.
OAuth & Service Account
Authenticate with OAuth for individual users or Service Account for organization-wide access. Google Workspace admin consent enables bulk indexing.
Folder Filtering
Select specific folders or entire drives to index. Exclude folders containing drafts, personal files, or content that should not be searchable.
Permission-Aware Results
Drive sharing permissions are respected. Users only see search results for files they have access to in Google Drive.
